University of Toledo

I am setting my intentions to get ready for studying @ University of Toledo. I will be focused 80% on my classes and 20% on my passion projects and hobbies <3. This semester will be a learning experience for sure.

Website Creating

Currently, in my free time, I am learning to play guitar and working on a website business with Tiffany Alcantara, a graphics design and marketing student. This will definitely push me out of my comfort zone at least as it will help me teach on how to collaborate with another peer (who focuses on a different aspect on the business compared to me).

Podcast Listening

I listen to Finding Casual Magic religiously. If I were to describe this podcast, its equivalent to me eating chicken noodle soup in the middle of winter at night by the fireplace. Very comforting, and definitely a place where the creator has great intentions of helping the fanbase becoming intentional in their lives.

I went to Destin, Florida with my family. Qutie a trip I must say, the highlight of the trip was us going on a dolphin cruise. Other than that I was journaling about my life and playing around with Figma and learn how to make prototypes.

Want-to App Idea

I thought of this idea, trying to prevent calendar guilt by putting tasks and events into contexts and those contexts in a time frame. I made a project page applying what I have learned in Figma to create components with variants and prototyping to see what my vision came to life would look like. Honestly, if I had learned more about app development (which I might do in the future), I would definitely take on the opportunity on working on developing this app from my design in Figma. But I had other priorities and want to make a T-stack shaped skill set for my career.
